Excellent opportunity to work as a Marketing and Sales Manager for a brand new online film distribution studio, Indies Direct.
We`re looking to bring on ASAP an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented sales leader, with proven skills in marketing and sales, ideally in the film and TV industry although experience in any media sales is an advantage. An extensive contact list in the media is essential, as is proficiency in management of social media sites, and ownership of a computer, broadband access, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, team management skills, and real interest in creating and promoting a new independent film distribution model.
Availability: from as soon as possible, for an initial 16 weeks.

Compensation: Deferred rate based on experience, with starting rate at 10% higher than your last similar job. At the moment, the entire team is all working on deferred rates, with fees paid once we have broke even on start-up costs, or have secured VC investment.
